1.不理解低压电的危险“只是120伏(或208或480)。”低压电和高压电之间的唯一区别是杀死你的速度。高压电能瞬间将你杀死,低压电则需要略长时间。例如,120 V电击会造成在初次电击后48小时内死亡。需要采取适当的安全预防措施。2.故障诊断期间不穿戴PPE许多人理所当然地不喜欢穿戴橡胶手套或防电弧个人防护用品(PPE),尤其是故障诊断期间。PPE可能比较热、不舒服、限制活动,造成工作速度变慢。但实际情况是,部件故障随时可能发生。无论是由于积碳还是接触材料腐蚀,完美的断路器都有可能在故障诊断期间突然失效。在打开配电柜或进行快速测量期间是否穿戴PPE,意味着安全与伤害之间的天壤之别。3.使用过时或有缺陷的测试设备无论是导线磨损还是读数异常,说明可能需要更换过时的测试工具。表示旧设备应该被淘汰的迹象包括:· 面板模糊不清。· 两次测量之间不能获得相同的测量值。· 线缆松动、损坏。· 与工作环境安全等级不一致。4.未对电力系统设备进行必要的维护有太多企业经常把维护费用作为是管理费用,不定期检查配电设备。尽管很难量化预防性维护能够节省的费用,但设备停工造成的费用是实实在在的,包括:· 计划外停工。· 生产损失。· 加班。· 员工健康与安全。5.忽视检查测试仪器和线缆在断电测试之前,检查测试仪器,确保其工作正常。...
